This page explains what Reform Marketing collects when you use reform.marketing, what we do with it and how to ask us to delete it. If anything here is unclear, email admin@reform.marketing.
Who we are
Reform Marketing is a branding, web design and marketing studio at 6132 Sage Road, Springdale, OH 45246. You can reach us at admin@reform.marketing or 502-516-7672.
What we collect
Details you send us. When you fill in a form on this site we receive what you type into it. Depending on the form, that is your name, email address, phone number, business name, and your answers about your project, budget and timeline. This covers the contact form, the growth consult application, the newsletter signup, the Formed In Cincinnati business submission form and the client intake form. Files you upload from the intake form go to our Dropbox account.
Details collected automatically. Like most websites, this one records the pages you view, the site you came from, your browser and device type, and your approximate location based on your IP address. This is done with cookies and similar tools from Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. If you use the chat box, the messages you send are stored so we can reply.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and schedule calls.
- To plan, quote and deliver work for clients.
- To send our newsletter, if you signed up for it.
- To see which pages and ads are working, so we can improve them.
We do not sell your personal information.
Phone calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your enquiry or your project. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to any text to opt out. We do not share phone numbers or text message consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of companies to run this website and our business. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector): our customer database, the website chat box, and email and text follow-up.
- Google: website analytics and web fonts.
- Meta: the Facebook Pixel, which measures our ads.
- Cloudflare and GoDaddy: website security and hosting.
- Dropbox: files uploaded from the client intake form.
- TrustedSite: the security badge shown on the site.
We may also share information when the law requires it.
Cookies
Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work. Google offers an Analytics opt-out add-on, and you can change how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook ad settings.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and client records for as long as we need them to do the work and to keep ordinary business records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. To make a request, email admin@reform.marketing and we will reply within a few business days.
Children
This website is for businesses. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No website can promise perfect security, so please do not send passwords or card numbers through our forms.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
